HDPE PIPE INSTALLATION

Heat fusion and electrial fusion both can be used for the hdpe water pipe connection.

1- Fix the pipes and pipe fittings to be welded on the butt joint machine, use clamps according to the pipe size, and polish the end face with milling cutter to make the butt end face smooth, flat, clean and vertical.

2- Adjust the height of pipes and pipe fittings so that the end faces of pipes and pipe fittings to be welded completely coincide, and connect the heating plate.

3- When the heating plate automatically heats up to the rated temperature, the pipes and pipe fittings to be welded shall be combined to heat the end face. 

4- When the heating time is reached, the pipes and pipe fittings shall be separated from the heating plate, and then the two heating end faces shall be combined and butted to form a uniform flange at the joint to be cooled.
